2009 Komen San Francisco Race for the Cure®
THANK YOU! Because of you, and the incredible generosity of the SF Bay Area community, we are excited to announce that we have surpassed our Race fundraising goal of $525,000. And the fundraising team competition as well as eligibility for individual fundraising prizes doesn’t close until midnight October 31. Last year you and your supporters helped us raise over $600,000 and fund $1.6 Million for local breast cancer services. We’d like to raise over $600,000 again this year. We know that we’re all dealing with a challenging economy, but it’s also tough for the SF Bay Area women who are uninsured and being diagnosed with breast cancer. Help us show that we’re all tougher than breast cancer and blow the top of our new $600K fundraising thermometer!
